- Apply this glaze on both sides of mortedella & grill it 2 min each side..
- Cut bread slices in squares & crisp fry in hot oil.drain on paper towel.hard boil egg,peel, cut in half..
- Boil Instant Ramen noodles according to packet instrutions.I hv added 1 staranise for aroma & flavour.when almost tender, drain noodles & keep aside covered..
- For assembling, take a deep bowl.place noodles in middle. Pour hot broth around.place egg halves,croutons,tomato cubes over noodles.garnish with basil leaves,chop spring onion (green) lemon wedges. season with salt,red chilli flakes,black pepper & grated feta cheese..
